These mounts are constructed from stainless steel, offering a Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) lower than the aluminum TECHSPEC Kinematic Optical Mirror Mounts; lower CTE ensures higher pointing stability in high-power/higher-temperature applications. Preinstalled locking collars, integrated into the adjustment screw bushings, can be used to lock the mount’s tip and tilt position in shock and vibration situations and provide additional pointing stability under temperature gradient conditions. ½ inch mounts offer a small form factor for scalability.

These highly reflective mirrors offer performance and value for UV, visible, and NIR beam steering applications. The broadband dielectric enhanced silver coatings feature >98% reflectivity from 450nm to 12μm wavelengths at incident angles from 0 - 45°. They are ideal for demanding laser applications requiring high laser damage thresholds, including laser scanning and beam steering.
