TECHSPEC®锗窗口片现货供应,提供三种抗反射镀膜规格选项:3 - 5μm专用于中红外应用,3 - 12μm适用于宽带多光谱应用,8 - 12μm则针对热成像应用。鉴于锗在2 - 14μm范围内的高折射率(约4.0),建议在这些锗窗口片上使用增透镀膜,以确保目标波段内的透射性能。锗存在热失控现象,即透射率会随温度升高而下降。因此,TECHSPEC®锗窗口片的使用温度应控制在100°C以下。在设计对重量敏感的系统时,锗的高密度(5.33 g/cm³)亦需纳入考量。锗材料的Knoop硬度(780)约为氟化镁材料的两倍,使其成为需坚固光学元件的红外应用的理想之选。

锗光学元件需要特殊的处理和清洁程序。搬运过程中务必戴上手套,以防污染,然后洗手。避免锗灰尘与眼睛,皮肤或衣服接触。不使用时,将光学元件密封存放在20°C至25°C的温度下。使用时,请勿将光学元件暴露在超过100°C的温度下。
