Image Analysis Micrometers
在微刻度尺上刻圆形、正方形、条形和其他几何形状， 可作为测量系统的标准和标定使用。 表中列出了八个测试板的各自特征。2.5英寸的线刻尺可针对大尺寸物体进行标定和测量，每0.5"标定一个。载玻片的尺寸：1"W x 3"L x 1.5mm T。载波片上右边的的大圈直径为0.5英寸。检光板1-4与上边的图一致，5-8与下面的图一致，都是从左到右。1，2，8款是通过NIST认证的测微计。
