Elliptical flat mirrors are designed to present a circular profile when oriented at 45°. This feature makes them excellent for light bending/folding applications in technical and astronomical applications. Top surfaces are coated with metallic mirror coating. Rear surface is fine ground for maximum durability. Surface is accurate to λ/2. Elliptical flat mirrors are ideally suited for systems where alignment time is an important consideration.
