Coherent® LightSmyth™ 纳米图案硅印章由在单晶硅基板上形成图案的纳米级纹理表面组成。通过反应离子蚀刻，具有梯形横截面的线性凹槽被蚀刻到基板表面，类似于传统的光栅。蚀刻工艺可为这些凹槽提供不同的周期和深度规格，以及更复杂的图案，例如晶格。II-VI LightSmyth™ 纳米图案硅印章是光学和光子学、生物学、化学、纳米压印和微流体领域的纳米光子学研究应用的理想选择。
