TECHSPEC® λ/4 UV 熔融石英窗口片经过精心制造,其规格具有 40-20 的表面质量和 λ/4 的传输波前误差,因此非常适用于成像应用。这些窗口片采用 UV 熔融石英基片,在从紫外 (UV) 到可见光和近红外 (NIR) 的范围内能提供很高的透射率。有宽带增透 (BBAR) 膜的选件可最大限度减少反射损失,并提高透射率。TECHSPEC λ/4 UV 熔融石英窗口片用于光学成像应用和低功率至中功率的激光应用中,还可以用作保护性窗口片,尤其是在需要透射紫外线的应用中,更是如此。
